The story
In early 2024, a friend running a 3-chair salon in Sector 35, Chandigarh asked for help. She was juggling a paper diary for appointments, a WhatsApp group for staff, and a notebook for customer payments. We opened Google Sheets on her phone, built a booking tracker with commission auto-calc, and taught her how to send WhatsApp reminders in one tap.
Six months later she was running her whole salon from that one sheet — and had referred 8 friends. That was the moment we realised: Indian small businesses don't need another SaaS subscription. They need something simple, built on tools they already use, priced once and for all.
