What is Ask AI?
It is an assistant built into the AgenticVani CRM. You type or speak a question about your own business — sales, dues, staff, stock — and it answers with the exact figures from your records.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
A general chatbot has never seen your bills. Ask AI only answers from the data in your own account, so the numbers are real. It is a way of reading your business, not a way of generating text.
Can it make up a number?
It is built not to. Answers are computed from your records, and when the data needed is not there the assistant says so rather than estimating. You can always open the underlying list to check any figure yourself.
Which languages does it understand?
Hindi, English, and the mix of both that most Indian shop owners speak. It replies in whichever language you asked in.
Do I have to learn how to phrase questions?
No. Ask the way you would ask a manager — “is mahine kitna kamaya”, “who owes me money”, “last week sabse zyada kisne becha”. There is no query syntax to learn.
