Voice billing

Stop Typing. Just Speak.

Say the bill out loud and AgenticVani writes it. It understands the natural mix of Hindi and English that Indian shop owners actually speak — so there is nothing to type and nothing to learn.

What it hears

One sentence. One finished bill.

You do not learn a command format. You say it the way you would say it to a helper standing next to you, and the app pulls out the customer, the item and the amount.

Nothing is saved from voice alone. You always see what the app understood, and you tap confirm before a bill exists.

01

Say it

Tap the mic and speak the bill the way you would say it to a helper — customer name, service and amount, in one breath.

02

Check it

The app shows you exactly what it understood, split into customer, item and amount. Nothing is saved until you tap confirm.

03

Done

The bill is created, the printer runs, and the customer's history and running balance update on their own.

Why speaking beats typing

Faster than the queue

A spoken bill takes a few seconds. Typing the same thing on a phone keyboard takes far longer, and the queue notices.

Works with busy hands

Mid-haircut, weighing groceries, holding a tray of instruments — you can bill without putting anything down.

No training needed

Staff who never got comfortable with software can run the counter on day one. If they can speak, they can bill.

Speaks the way you do

You do not have to translate in your head. Mix Hindi and English mid-sentence and it still lands correctly.

What it understands

Built for how business is actually spoken in India, not for clean dictation in a quiet room.

Hindi, English, and the mix of both people actually speak
Customer names, including ones you have billed before
Amounts spoken as words or numbers
Quantities and units — kilo, packet, piece, plate
Services and items from your own catalogue
Whether it is cash, UPI, or going on udhaar

Questions answered

What is voice billing?

You speak the bill instead of typing it. Tap the mic, say who the customer is and what they bought, and AgenticVani writes the bill for you. You confirm on screen and it prints.

Does it work if I mix Hindi and English?

Yes — that is the point. Most Indian shop owners speak a natural mix, and the app is built for that rather than expecting clean English commands.

What if it hears something wrong?

Nothing is ever saved from voice alone. The app shows you what it understood, broken into customer, item and amount, and you tap confirm. If a line is wrong you fix it before saving.

Does it need good internet?

It works on a normal mobile connection. Voice is short and the app is built for Indian networks rather than office broadband.

Can my staff use it, not just me?

Yes. Each staff member gets their own login, and bills they create are recorded against them — which also feeds attendance and commission.

Is voice billing available on the free plan?

Voice control is a paid-plan feature, and every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial with no card needed. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
