Who we are

AgenticVani ("we", "us") is a small business software product operated from Mohali, India. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we store your name, phone number, and message history so we can respond and follow up.

When you buy a product, we record the product name, price, date of purchase and WhatsApp number for invoicing, delivery and support.

We do NOT collect or store your customer data. The Google Sheets we ship live entirely in YOUR Google Drive. We have no access to the data inside those sheets unless you explicitly share them with us for support.

How we use your data

To deliver the product you purchased and provide setup support.

To send relevant product updates and occasional tips (you can opt out anytime by replying 'STOP' on WhatsApp).

To respond to your questions, refund requests, or feedback.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

We do not share your phone number or email with third parties except as required by law.

We do not run advertising networks or trackers inside our Google Sheets.

Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You can request a copy of all data we hold about you by emailing us.

You can request deletion of your data at any time — we comply within 7 business days.

You can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.
