Does it work for 6-month only, or 1-year recalls?
Both. You set the recall interval per patient (6 months for most, 1 year for kids, custom for specific treatments).
Can I add notes per patient?
Yes — there's a notes column for each patient. Full medical records are in the paid Dental Clinic Software.
