Our refund promise

If AgenticVani's paid product doesn't fit your business within 7 days of purchase, we refund 100% of what you paid. No questions, no paperwork, no awkward sales calls.

How to request a refund

WhatsApp us or email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date.

Include your purchase date and WhatsApp number or email used for the order.

We process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

What you keep (nothing to return)

Since AgenticVani is a Google Sheet that lives in your Google Drive, there's nothing physical for you to return. We revoke the ongoing setup support and stop sending updates, but any version you've already customised is yours to keep.

Edge cases

If you purchased a custom build (Custom Business Setup), refund terms are spelled out in the project quote separately. Typically, after the discovery call but before build work starts, 100% refund applies. Once build has begun, refund is prorated.

If the refund request comes after 7 days, we cannot process a full refund — but WhatsApp us anyway. We often help with a partial credit towards future purchases or a free custom session if there's been a genuine fit issue.

Why we offer this

Indian small business owners already take enough risk in their day-to-day. Our software shouldn't be another risk. If we can't prove value to you in 7 days, we haven't earned your money — we return it.
