Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using any AgenticVani product or template, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the product.

What you're buying

AgenticVani sells Google Sheets templates and related setup support. You receive: (a) a shareable link to a Google Sheet, (b) a video walkthrough, (c) setup support via WhatsApp for the duration stated on the product page.

The sheet you receive is your copy in your Google Drive. You own it for life. AgenticVani updates are provided as additional free downloads — your existing copy is yours to keep and modify.

Licence

One purchase = one business licence. You may use the sheet across unlimited devices for that one business (e.g., all phones of your salon staff).

You may not resell, redistribute or publish the AgenticVani sheet. You may not claim it as your own creation.

For multi-branch use, each branch requires a separate licence. Contact us for bulk pricing.

What AgenticVani does not promise

We do not guarantee that using AgenticVani will increase your revenue — that depends on how you use it.

We do not guarantee Google Sheets will work forever or remain free. Our product depends on Google's continued service, which is outside our control.

We do not provide accounting, legal or medical advice. Our software helps you track data; you're responsible for professional compliance.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on our site and to existing customers via WhatsApp.
