Six things you will not find anywhere else
Plenty of apps bill and track customers. These are the parts competitors have not built.
Speak the bill instead of typing it
Say “Karan ka 300 ka haircut ka bill banao” and the bill is drafted, shown back to you, and printed only after you confirm. Hindi, English or the mix people actually speak. No other Indian small-business CRM does billing by voice.
On ProAsk your own numbers a question
No reports screen to learn and no filters to set. Ask “is mahine kitna udhaar baaki hai?” and the figure comes back in the language you asked in — computed from your own records, never invented.
On Ultimate · 500 questions a monthThe whole app speaks Hinglish
Not just translated buttons. Menus, fields, messages and the AI all switch together, so the staff member who never finished school can run the counter without asking you what a word means.
Every planUdhaar is built in, not a separate app
Every customer's running baaki, how long it has been outstanding, and a polite reminder that goes out on WhatsApp on its own. You stop keeping a khata app open next to a billing app.
On ProYour data is written back to your own Google Sheet
Every night, your bills, customers, udhaar and staff records are written into a Sheet in your own Google Drive. Stop paying and the records are still yours, still readable, still in an app you already know.
Every planIt tells you what needs attention
Smart daily nudges surface the things that quietly cost money — the customer who has not come back, the balance nobody chased, the stock about to run out — without you going looking.

Where the others fall short
Public list pricing, and an honest note on when each rival is the better buy.
| What it is | What it costs | Where it falls short | When to pick them instead | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fresha | Booking app for salons | Free software, ~20% commission on new-client bookings | Takes a cut of the customers it sends you, and owns the relationship | You want a marketplace to find you new walk-in customers |
| Zenoti | Enterprise salon software | ₹11,000–₹25,000 / month | Priced and built for chains — most of it goes unused in a 3-chair salon | You run 5+ branches with shared inventory and central reporting |
| Vyapar | GST billing & inventory | ₹3,000+ / year | Bills well, but has no CRM, no appointments and no WhatsApp follow-up | You only need GST invoicing and stock, with no customer follow-up |
| KhataBook | Digital udhaar ledger | Free | Tracks what people owe, and nothing else — no billing, staff or reports | Udhaar is genuinely the only thing you want to track |
| ClassPlus | Coaching app builder | ₹667–₹4,167 / month | Sells you a branded student app; day-to-day fees and attendance are secondary | Your priority is selling recorded courses under your own brand |
| AgenticVani | Full CRM with voice & AI | Free, or ₹499–₹999 / month | Newer product; no branded customer-facing app | — |

The questions owners actually ask
What actually makes this different from every other CRM?
Voice billing in Hinglish, and an AI that answers questions about your own numbers in the language you ask them. No other CRM aimed at Indian small businesses does either. Everything else — billing, udhaar, staff, WhatsApp — most competitors have in some form; those two they do not.
Is the free plan actually free, or a trial in disguise?
Actually free, with no time limit. Customers, services, billing with printed bills, inventory, expenses, manual reminders, the mobile app, the Hinglish interface and the Google Sheet backup stay free forever. Paid plans add appointments, udhaar, staff, salary, memberships, voice and AI.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account moves back to the Free plan and your records stay exactly where they are. On top of that, every night your data is written into a Google Sheet in your own Drive — so you always hold a readable copy that does not depend on us at all.
Do I need a computer, or good internet?
Neither. It runs on the Android phone you already have. Voice needs a connection to transcribe, but ordinary billing and lookups work on a normal shop 4G signal.
Will my staff be able to use it?
That is what the Hinglish mode is for. The interface switches to the language they speak, and voice means a staff member who types slowly can still bill quickly. Most shops are billing on day one.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes for a basic setup, and you can import your existing customer list from a sheet. If you would rather someone did it with you, ask on WhatsApp — it is a 30-minute call, in Hindi or English.
Still deciding? Ask us on WhatsApp — a real person, in Hindi or English, no sales script.
