Thermal vs A4 — which bill format should a shop use?
A thermal bill (80mm) is the small receipt printed at the counter — fast, cheap, perfect for daily kirana sales. An A4 invoice is a full-page bill, better for B2B customers, larger orders or when the buyer needs it for accounts.
